Our Story

Both raised in Arizona, Joseph and Cassie Gingo met while in nursing school.  After marrying, the Gingo's traveled across the United States working as nurses in critical care before making their way back to Arizona. Joseph and Cassie moved to Prescott Valley in hopes of finding a hometown to call their own. A place to nurture many memories with their four, soon to be five, kids and to serve a community they care for so passionately.

Joseph, a United States Air Force Veteran, served honorably during Operation Iraqi Freedom receiving various medals, to include the Air Force Achievement Medal while being deployed in 2004.  Joseph returned home and continued to serve his community by working at the VA hospital in Tucson, Arizona. He received his Bachelors in Science of Nursing at the University of Arizona. Joseph spent over seven years working in emergency medicine at the bedside and in leadership roles. He received national recognition as an exceptional nurse while working in emergency medicine. He continued his career path by completing his Masters Degree in Science of Nursing from Grand Canyon University.  Joseph is a compassionate, genuine provider that many admire for his ability to connect to patients on a level that is welcoming and meaningful. On his time off, Joseph enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, camping and hunting.

Cassie, a registered nurse, has spent over ten years in critical care medicine. Cassie received her Bachelors in Science of Nursing at Northern Arizona University. Cassie manages the day to day needs for our patients and their families through her various roles at Hometown Healthcare. During her free time Cassie enjoys spending time with her four kids, reading a book and helping Joseph plot the blueprints to his next big dream.
